Episode One of the Leading the Line Podcast is now live where I spoke to Kieran Theivam, co-author of The Making of the Women’s World Cup and long time women’s football journalist.
As well as taking a dive into some of the stories found in this collection of pieces detailing the history of the tournament, we also discussed his experience of covering the World Cup in France this summer and what the future for women’s football both at home and across the globe may look like. It was a really interesting conversation with one of the game’s leading voices.
